What happens to my records if I cancel?
They are always yours. You can download everything — article, audio, JSON — at any time. Records you created remain readable. Audio files saved to your Google Drive stay in your Drive forever.
Do I need an account to start?
No. You can complete an interview and read your record without signing in. An account is required to save records to the cloud, generate audio, and access the library across devices.
Can I give a record as a gift without a subscription?
Yes. Gift sessions are one-time purchases (from $99), separate from subscriptions. The recipient does not need an account to claim the gift or complete their interview.
Is there a free trial for Personal or Family?
The Free plan is permanent and gives you 3 records per month with full article export. Upgrade any time when you want audio narration or more records.
